Custom Staircase Guardrail Design and Installation Management (Plum Projects)

Designed a custom staircase guardrail inspired by the simplicity and craftsmanship of Shaker furniture, reinterpreted with a modern aesthetic. Oversaw the complete production process, coordinating between the woodshop, metal fabrication shop, powder coating specialists, structural engineer, and the installation team. Managed each phase to ensure that all components aligned with the design vision and met quality standards, resulting in a cohesive and finely crafted final installation. Additionally, created a detailed installation guide manual to support a seamless assembly process.
